FRESH FLOWER CARE:
1. Keep water level filled to the top of vase or container.
2. If your arrangement is designed in floral foam, please keep it saturated by adding water daily.

FLOWER SUBSTITUTIONS:
Our designers are able to substitute flowers, containers, baskets and vases if we are out of stock. We will, however keep with the integrity of your desired look.

DELIVERY TIME AND REQUESTS:
We will work with you on your preferred time of delivery; however, an exact time of delivery is not guaranteed.
